We are members of and certified as Medicare set-aside experts by the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP). We provide training seminars on Medicare set-aside issues for Fortune 500 companies, attorney associations and national audiences such as the annual RIMS Conference.

Our medical team is led by Kathryn Warner, a Registered Nurse. Kathryn was a staff nurse at the Veterans Health Administration Hospital before joining the Peace Corps where she worked with USAID on public health projects, and served as the Director of Nursing for a regional hospital and nursing school in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Zaire). After returning to the US, Kathryn worked in home care management across the country. She began work in the insurance industry with Liberty Mutual Insurance on national accounts and life care planning. In 1998, Tenon Group was started as a Workers Compensation catastrophic case management firm. In 2002, as a response to Medicare's interest in the settlement process Tenon's focus turned to the Medicare Set-Aside. Kathryn is focused on Medicare national patterns of treatment and medication requirements in the Workers Compensation and Liability claims.

Kathryn holds national certifications as Certified Case Manager and Certified Medicare Set-Aside Consultant.

Our legal team is led by Christopher Gullen. Chris was a personal injury defense attorney for ten years before joining the Kmart Corporation legal department in 1986. He worked as Kmart's Public Liability Counsel and Director of Risk Management before leaving the company to become a settlement consultant, helping resolve high stakes personal injury claims for Fortune 500 companies and insurers. Since 2002, Chris specializes in compliance with the Medicare Secondary Payer statute in the settlement of workers' compensation and liability claims.
